MEDICAL HELP

During the event first aid to all players will be provided. In the case of an injury, need of first aid, need for transport to the nearest health centre call Kreso Glavica: +385 98 91 77 140

 

We advise you to play accordingly to your fitness level. Do not supersede your physical boundaries and do not force your co-players in superseding theirs. If you start to feel chest pain immediately stop playing and call for first aid.
Have a mobile phone on your person during the game, plentiful supply of water and at least two bandages, width 10 centimetres, per team for eventual first aid on the site of injury.

Do not wonder in the beach alone.

In case of ankle sprain or dislocation do not remove your shoes as they provide a certain level of immobilisation.
